Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using GitBrew, you agree to these Terms of Use (which also serve as the end-user license agreement for the GitBrew app) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GitBrew.
2. Accounts
You can sign in with GitHub, with a local account, or with Sign in with Apple. You must be at least 13 years old to use GitBrew. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. User-generated content
GitBrew lets you post comments and publish posts (posts are published through your own GitHub repositories). You keep ownership of your content. By posting or publishing, you grant GitBrew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the GitBrew service.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
GitBrew has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual content of any kind, and any sexual content involving minors (which is also reported to the relevant authorities);
- Harassment, bullying, or targeting of any person;
- Hate speech or content promoting hatred;
- Violence or content glorifying violence;
- Malware, exploits, or malicious code;
- Spam and deceptive content;
- Anything illegal.
Posting any of the above can result in immediate removal of the content and removal of your account.
5. How to report and block
- Every post and every comment has Report in its menu.
- Every user profile has Report user.
- You can Block user: blocking removes that user's posts and comments from your view.
6. Moderation
Reports are handled by automated moderation, which acts within 24 hours: reported content that violates these terms is removed, and repeat offenders' accounts are removed. Posts are also automatically screened before they are published. Abusive users can be removed at any time.
7. Disclaimers
GitBrew is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at gitbrew.ai/terms with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time: in the app under Settings/Account → Delete account, or on the web at https://gitbrew.ai/account → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted.

1. 接受条款
创建账户、登录或使用 GitBrew,即表示你同意本使用条款(同时作为 GitBrew 应用的最终用户许可协议)以及我们的隐私政策。如不同意,请勿使用 GitBrew。
2. 账户
你可以使用 GitHub 登录、本地账户或 Sign in with Apple(通过 Apple 登录)。你必须年满 13 周岁。你需对自己账户下的活动负责。
3. 用户生成内容
GitBrew 允许你发表评论并发布帖子(帖子通过你自己的 GitHub 仓库发布)。你保留对自己内容的所有权。发布或发表即表示你授予 GitBrew 一项非独占、全球范围、免版税的许可,允许我们在 GitBrew 服务内托管、展示和分发该内容。
4. 对不良内容零容忍
GitBrew 对不良内容和滥用用户实行零容忍(zero tolerance)政策。以下内容被严格禁止:
- 任何形式的色情内容,以及任何涉及未成年人的性内容(我们将同时向有关部门报告);
- 骚扰、欺凌或针对任何个人的行为;
- 仇恨言论或宣扬仇恨的内容;
- 暴力或美化暴力的内容;
- 恶意软件、漏洞利用或恶意代码;
- 垃圾信息和欺骗性内容;
- 任何违法内容。
发布上述任何内容可能导致内容被立即删除,并导致你的账户被移除。
5. 如何举报和屏蔽
- 每个帖子和每条评论的菜单中都有举报(Report)。
- 每个用户主页都有举报用户(Report user)。
- 你可以屏蔽用户(Block user):屏蔽后,该用户的帖子和评论将从你的视野中移除。
6. 审核
举报由自动化审核处理,并会在 24 小时(24 hours)内采取行动:违规内容将被删除,屡犯者的账户将被移除。帖子在发布前也会经过自动筛查。滥用用户可随时被移除。
7. 免责声明
GitBrew 按"现状"和"可用"状态提供,不附带任何明示或默示的保证。我们不保证服务不间断或无错误;在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对因你使用本服务而产生的损害承担责任。
8. 条款变更
我们可能会不时更新本条款。最新版本始终发布在 gitbrew.ai/terms 并注明生效日期。变更后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
9. 删除账户
你可以随时删除账户:在应用内 设置/账户(Settings/Account)→ Delete account(删除账户),或在网页 https://gitbrew.ai/account → Delete account。具体删除内容请参阅隐私政策。
