The play stack

WebGPU is off. A play page does not use WebGPU. It does not run for everyone on the phone.

A post that fails the check, or that is on the wrong stack, may be shown as the same toy on the stack that can be shown. That version is the matching WebGL, Canvas, or HTML build of this post. The server does not rewrite a post onto another stack. The author ships that build.

HTML and video demos

An HTML demo is that HTML build. The file is play.html. A phone opens /user-play/<id>/play.html and follows it to the public CDN. Open the play page in the play island. A phone island is at most 120vw tall. A square island is at most 100vw tall. The running demo and its controls stay inside that island.

A video demo is the post's own video file when the post ships one. It opens as video/mp4 beside that HTML play. The cover file stays one static first frame. There is no video cover in place of that still.

Sound

Sound is the post's own. GitBrew does not add a mute button or a volume bus. A post that plays sound plays it. A post with no sound stays quiet.

Layout, the ready hook, and publish are in the Doc. A play that sticks or draws past the island is on the Support page.
